Privacy Policy

The Service currently:

• does not offer user accounts;
• does not allow users to create profiles or save information to an account;
• does not process payments;
• does not operate an advertising network;
• does not currently use Google Analytics or a similar dedicated behavioral-analytics service; and
• does not sell personal information.

We use browser storage technologies to remember settings such as your selected theme and display preferences.

The Service also uses infrastructure and third-party content providers that may automatically receive technical information when you visit the Service or load embedded content, as described below.

Information You Provide. The Service does not currently provide user accounts, public posting, direct messaging, or other features intended to collect personal information from you.

If you contact us directly by email, we will receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, name, message content, and any attachments you provide.

Preference Information. We may store settings locally in your browser, such as:

• light or dark theme;
• display density or layout preferences;
• selected leagues, teams, or content filters; and
• similar application preferences.

These settings are generally stored on your device using cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies. They are used to operate and personalize the interface and are not currently used by us for targeted advertising.

Automatically Processed Technical Information. When you access the Service, our website host, content-delivery network, security provider, or other infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• operating system;
• referring page;
• requested pages and files;
• approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• timestamps;
• diagnostic information; and
• security and server-log information.

We may have limited access to some of this information through provider dashboards or logs. We use or permit this processing to deliver the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and understand basic system performance.

The Service may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary or useful for:

• remembering your settings;
• preserving interface preferences;
• providing embedded content;
• maintaining security;
• preventing abuse; and
• supporting basic technical operation.

You can generally remove or block browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset your preferences or cause parts of the Service to function incorrectly.

We do not currently use our own cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

The Service embeds or links to videos and other content provided by third parties, such as YouTube or other video platforms and publishers.

When you visit a page containing an embedded player—or when you choose to play or interact with embedded content—the third-party provider may receive information about your device and your interaction with the content. The provider may use cookies, local storage, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies.

Depending on the provider and your settings, this information may include:

• IP address;
• device and browser information;
• the page containing the embedded content;
• whether and how you interacted with the video;
• account information if you are logged into the third-party platform; and
• advertising or measurement information.

Third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control their data practices.

Following a link away from the Service will also subject you to the destination website’s privacy practices.

We may retrieve schedules, event metadata, and related information from third-party providers.

Requests to those providers may involve the transmission of technical information needed to retrieve and display the information. We do not currently use schedule information to build personal profiles about individual users.

We may use information handled through the Service to:

• provide and operate the Service;
• remember user-selected settings;
• load schedules, videos, and other content;
• secure the Service and prevent abuse;
• investigate errors and technical problems;
• respond to inquiries;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Information may be disclosed or made available to:

Service Providers. Hosting, infrastructure, content-delivery, security, database, and technical-service providers may process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide their services.

Embedded-Content Providers. Video platforms and other third parties may receive information when their content is embedded, loaded, or accessed.

Legal and Safety Purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; investigate fraud or security problems; enforce our terms; or protect rights, safety, and property.

Business Transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

Browser-based preferences remain on your device until they expire or you remove them through your browser settings.

Technical logs may be retained by us or our service providers for periods determined by operational, security, diagnostic, or legal needs.

Messages sent directly to us may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Because we do not currently provide user accounts, we do not maintain account profiles or account histories.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the Service.

However, no website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• change browser settings to block or delete cookies and local storage;
• avoid playing or interacting with embedded videos;
• open third-party content directly and manage preferences with the applicable provider; and
• contact us with a privacy-related question.

Blocking storage or third-party content may affect the Service’s functionality.

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries in which our service providers operate.

Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, our providers, or applicable law.

The updated policy will be posted through the Service with a revised Effective Date. We may provide additional notice when changes are material or when legally required.
